Tunnel Methodology

Foundation and Precision Setup

Formwork Placement and Assembly

  • First Half-Tunnel set is placed by crane, aligned with precision.
  • Window/door openings and electrical conduits integrated seamlessly
  • Second Half-Tunnel unit placed, ensuring perfect vertical alignment.

Systematic Dismantling and Progression

  • Post-concrete heating facilitates curing, with dismantling commencing the next day.
  • Tunnel units cleaned, oiled, and moved for the next cycle
  • Continual progression with reinforcement in place for the next phase.

Formwork Securing and Site Preparation
